Btw my Apple Crisp was awful. I added too much lemon and the recipe had too much sugar. Also some of the apples I used turned to complete mush, SIGH.

Brb testing the “a watched pot never boils” by staring at the pot of water I want to not boil quite yet.

Had some feta I needed to use, so I picked up some cherry/grape idk lil baby tomatoes and a cucumber and made some salad with a lil dressing of oil/red wine vinegar/spices. It was prettyyy goood! Now I have to eat it all myself before it goes bad lol.

Freezing rain shouldn’t be allowed on the day I planned to go grocery shopping. I made baked Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken tenders tonight with sauce from scratch and it was gooood :D I mean, turns out I don’t like hot pineapple but they lent a good flavor n made them extra tender. Plus now we have a bunch in the fridge to eat bc I just bought a whole one and cut it up m’self~

I realized that my ingenious idea for a scarf pattern won’t actually work bc it’s not a continuous round (I don’t want to make it an infinity scarf) so now I have to rethink it. 🫠
