We’ve done full early Xmas day today with S-I-L and niece as they’re away at actual Xmas, it’s been lovely! Proper Xmas dinner, kids made ginger bread houses, played games, did karaoke, mulled wine etc and still got the baileys to crack on with!

We’re going out tonight, we don’t need to and don’t want to as our original plans were cancelled but girl17 was dogsitting and had invited friends who were all excited about ‘Enzo day’😂

Lost my phone on dog walk last night (no find my set up 🤦‍♀️), several searches in dark/rain and on dog walk this morning and no luck, no one handed in anywhere, one last go in pouring rain/wind and found it and it works!!

Today I will be mainly dressing as a giant toddler/kids tv presenter!

It’s too soon, isn’t it, to be thinking of a second dog?

Day off so far…up to make sandwiches for eldest’s lunch for work, cleaning up the explosive 💩 Enzo did at 3am (luckily outside), answered some work queries and now of to the orthodontist with the youngest!

Ordered our cook at home Xmas dinner from local restaurant, just me, Russ and my mum for lunch this year so doing it easy, it’s the most organised I’ve ever been!

Getting down with the kidz at Nico B last night…I say getting down, I was in the perimeter of parents observing from the back of the venue!

Both older kids out last night, one late home and had to put their jeans/trainers to dry despite it not having rained, the other home before midnight and had been doing canvas painting!

Bought a fleece and some ‘convertible’ mittens… who am I! Blame the dog!🐕
