Seen in the other place… Amazingly my kids’ school doesn’t have a bulletproof strong room in the corner. But that’s because the U.K. had 1 school shooting in 1996 then massively restricted gun ownership…

At what point is it more economical to build new hospitals than keep trying to patch up poor quality old buildings that aren’t energy efficient & aren’t best laid out for modern practices?
