Current food coma. I roasted bones and simmered for 6 hours. Today I braised a lamb leg in the broth for 3 hours and it’s amazing.

Medication side effects are easing. Nausea, vomiting and cranking headaches and I still feel a gazillion times more functional than I did before taking low dose naltrexone. I’ll just increase dose much more slowly.
