Narcissists will make you out to be “needy“ for asking for your most basic needs.

Narcissistic abuse erodes away a person. Over the years, you can see a person lose who they are, they lose their Spark, as the stress breaks them down and they become a shadow of who they really are. It’s a slow and painful murder… death by 1000 Little cuts.

When narcissist parents scold or criticize, it’s not about guiding the child for their growth or well-being or for the child’s safety, as healthy parents would. Instead, it’s about manipulation, control, instilling shame, and feeling “superior”.

Narcissists often resent genuinely moral and compassionate people and will aim to cause them anger, pain, or distress to relieve them of their resentment.

Evil people don’t look evil. Psychopaths work very hard studying and mimicking natural human behavior. Psychopaths put more effort into looking “normal” than normal people do.

Narcissists will attack the truth tellers. When you can see-through the narcissist’s manipulations, you will be called the “bad guy” or “crazy” or “unwell” or “disturbed” or hysterical” for seeing what’s really going on, for seeing through the narcissist manipulation attempts.

No one gets more angry than a narcissist being accused of something they absolutely did.
