My biggest discovery in 2025 was pants that look like work pants or formal/dress-y pants but have stretchy waistbands and internal drawstrings. Get outta here buttons and flys

A few years ago Fallon promoted his monkey NFTs on the tonight show and not long after that trash plummeted hard. Last night Sam Altman was on the show saying you canât raise babies without ChatGPT so letâs hope weâre on the same trajectory

Been sleeping very poorly due to terrible prolonged jet lag and had freaky wide awake nightmares last night after watching Bugonia and the first episode of Pluribus over the span of 24 hours. Enjoyed both but they really messed with my 4AM brain

This is my brain on bread: Eating toast for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch: I think thatâs too much bread in one day man Eating a sandwich for lunch and a burger for supper: hell yeah Eating untoasted bread before 12PM: why isnât this toasted? Eating untoasted bread after 12pm: hell yeah

Great pickups in Tokyo - donât even own a Dreamcast but couldnât resist. D2 looks rad as hell and was crazy cheap, and a big shout out to one of the best shops here Rare Item Studio, got Shenmue 1 and 2 in perfect condition for less than $30 CAD combined, wtf

âAnyone can make a movie for 8 million dollars and a crew of a hundred people. Try making Carnival of Souls.â - Candace Hilligoss Peak organ-swelling macabre memento mori. Elevated horror. A woman makes a darkly fantastic journey through the land of men. Plunged into waters. Emerged from waters.

We are celebrating films that are turning 40 years old on my website this month. This one is on DAY OF THE DEAD. "Romeroâs apocalypse is not romantic. It is nihilistic, and thrashing about at the short-comings of intelligence, and decency of the human race."

Really liking how Alien Earth is doing their own version of a âpreviously onâ recap - inserting quick shots of scenes from the last episode into the actual intro of the episode itself. The logo of the show slowly revealing in the classic Alien fashion overtop really adds to it

I used to clean this house and it always felt haunted. All your typical signs were present and a clowder of cats lived there. They would gather in this one place and watch me walk between buildings. Today I saw this photo of a ghostly figure by the back window, watching from the same place.

Seeing Weapons tonight and am excited, but trying to keep my hype in check. Barbarian had the same level of excited chatter online before it came out and I ended up enjoying it just fine, but all the lead up hype made it feel that much more of a minor let down

Playing through Shenmue for the first time (bonafide masterpiece) and realizing my dream game is this but make it a supernatural horror mystery. A day/night cycle investigative adventure that is essentially a playable Kiyoshi Kurosawa movie

Past few weeks has been exclusively all Twin Peaks S1/2, Fire Walk With Me and The Missing Pieces - comparing stuff like Andy and Lucy, the squabbling elderly brothers and a ferret biting Dick on the nose to the final half hour of FWWM is actual insanity
