Started watching Fate/Strange Fake. The animation is great and it all seems like it'll be awesome to follow. But above all else I'm enamored with the setting being fucking Nevada. Like Anime King Arthur just being arrested by Nevada police is so funny man.

I also watched the Umamusume film Beginning of a New Era before I watched Cinderella Gray. Genuinely shocked how much I enjoyed it. The animation and directing were stellar. Just a great "racing" film that happened to be about Uma girls lmao. Agnes Tachyon my goat.

Starting Year of the Horse right I watched Cinderella Gray over the past few days. Great series. Really appreciated the art style/tone feeling so competitive and desperate during the races compared with the gacha I bounced off of. Obey Your Master was my favorite.

2025 Albums. No strong rankings here kinda just a collection of albums I liked. Non-2025 wise I listened to a lot of Gatecreeper, Fuming Mouth, and classic thrash stuff like Malevolent Creation. And also a lot of Steely Dan.

Four Favorite Games 2025; Silksong by far GOTY. Worth the wait. Lies of P. Overture DLC this year & I played the full game so I'm counting it. Best non-From Soulslike. Hades 2. Everything about Hades 1 I liked but more. Great stuff. Hundred Line Last Defense Academy. Crazy person game.

There have been two bosses in Silksong where for the second phase their theme just doubles the tempo. Been awesome both times. Hope they do it a third time.

Started Lies of P and am decently enjoying it. The setting is neat but I feel like some changes could really help. Like maybe instead of puppets it’s beasts and werewolves. And just spitballing here maybe instead of “ergo” they do something like I dunno “blood.” Wouldn’t that be crazy.

After beating ch3 + 4 and beating the ch 4 secret boss - I went back through Chapter 3 of Deltarune to experience the Shadow Mantle stuff and get a full win on The Roaring Knight. That fight was an absolute fuckin blast.
