Verbal abuse is one of the most common forms of abuse. It’s not “just words” It can have a deep and lasting impact to not just you, but siblings and others who are in the same household. #VerbalAbuse

These are just some of the experiences that parents and caregivers have bravely shared with us and they’re why raising awareness of CPA matters so much. It’s not just about recognising the behaviours, but about ensuring families have access to the trauma informed support they deserve.

It’s a true privilege to listen, support and walk alongside parental figures who for far too long have felt unseen and unheard. We’ve learned so much from every person we’ve supported, their strength inspires us daily and we are endlessly proud of them all💜
