A wee doddle in the sketchbook, I decided was worthy of some paint. Well, just a bit of painting practice, really. Maybe I'll work it some more, maybe not.

I had originally decided to leave this alone, because of how well the hatchings worked out, but then kinda figured to see how well those same hatchings would take the paint...

Originally a throwaway ink doodle, which I just decided to render to hell and back again. Sometimes that actually works out.

Well, more or less finished this one. Maybe should have used a bit more yellow in her skintone, considering how red she is, but eh, whatever. It gives a nice contrast, anyway.

Heres an older piece I don't think I've posted in its completed state. Well, I think it's complete, don't really remember... It was painted on a green imprimatura (underpainting), which gives a kind of interesting effect overall, I think.
