Good night Sky'ies ✨ Die Sumpfdotterblume, Caltha palustris, ist ansich giftig. Früher wurde die Blütenknospe gekocht, in Essig eingelegt und als 'Deutsche Kapern' gegessen. Dabei wurde das Kochwasser mind zweimal gewechselt um Giftstoffe auszuwaschen. Ich sag mal so, Kapern mag ich auch net 😉.
