Trained legs and glutes today. Was supposed to be a back day but my shoulder is being funny and I really just work out whatever hurts the least. Anyhow this is how you get a progress photo for glutes and hammies right?

Solid chest and arm pump morning. I think I'm starting to get the physique I've been aiming for... Looking like I workout but also can demolish an entire cake in one sitting 😜

Solid back day today. And it's the third day now that I feel like I see progress in the mirror which is kind of a big deal today. Usually the dysmorphia wins but not this week. Gotta keep up the grind though and trim down so I can better see the gainz I've made over the last 6 months 😜

I don't want to calorie count (I did it before a few years ago and slimmed down a lot) because it was miserable, but I am making some swaps and gonna try being more mindful about my diet to see if it's a decent way to cut while maintaining my sanity. Guess we'll see in a few months 😜
