I haven’t had any flash published in a while. I’ve sent a few things out here and there, but I sent one the other day. And today is mom’s bday, she passed almost three years ago. And I just checked my email and…I got a rejection. 🤷‍♀️😢😁

Wrote a flash, something new and different, and had fun writing it. Submitted it. Waited. And guess what? It got rejected. 😁

Every year I try to have a word or phrase. Why I don’t just cut to the chase and use the word disappointed, idk. 😂😞😂

Realized I put words in a certain order, sometimes paying to send them to someone, possibly waiting several months so that person can tell me I put my words in a good order, but that order is not their preference and then I thank them. #flashlit #WritingCommunity
