really tho i am enjoying this break of anything thats not related to game changers or heated rivalry cuz life is so difficult for so many reasons rn, it's at least giving me a break from spiralling thoughts. so many life changing things that happened or are happening or need to happen...

the fifth book was sooooo much better than 3 and 4.... i devoured it in a lunch break and an evening. but also now i need to wait a freaking full day at work to read the long game which ive been dying to read for over a goddamn week now.

at this point my boss is doing everything to make me leave i swear

halfway thru book 3 and have read the summaries of the following books, i am fully invested in the entire universe and i cant wait for dallas kent to eat shit because holy fucking shit he gave me bad vibes but i saw one spoiler and yeah, thats exactly it.

holy shit the book is great too. im going even more insane with the lore and this next rewatch will END me with the knowledge of what they actually THINK ABOUT during the scenes.

also it made me want to take russian classes again, i do so love the sound of the language, and i just needed a series who's not just about spies or criminals to get the drive again. like, despite history or current politics it's still a language i loved learning and want to speak again.

I spoke to a dozen professional concept artists working in games about whether generative AI image tools have made their jobs easier, even if it's just used in "very early ideation stages." Zero said "yes." Most said it made their job harder. I learnt a lot about concept artists. You should too!
