for anyone wanting a life update: sick again for the 3rd time this year... been playing pokopia, watching/reading heated rivalry content, trying not to cry at work. its been crazy busy but also Not, i have just new interests now that are very much Healing my soul.

update: i finished the story this morning. i havent cried so much for a pokemon game in a loooong time. but also now i can just enjoy building things!!

rerewatching the series now that im done with the book series omg the last book killed me it was so good and now i have all this context to rewatch the series!!!!!

really tho i am enjoying this break of anything thats not related to game changers or heated rivalry cuz life is so difficult for so many reasons rn, it's at least giving me a break from spiralling thoughts. so many life changing things that happened or are happening or need to happen...

the fifth book was sooooo much better than 3 and 4.... i devoured it in a lunch break and an evening. but also now i need to wait a freaking full day at work to read the long game which ive been dying to read for over a goddamn week now.

halfway thru book 3 and have read the summaries of the following books, i am fully invested in the entire universe and i cant wait for dallas kent to eat shit because holy fucking shit he gave me bad vibes but i saw one spoiler and yeah, thats exactly it.

holy shit the book is great too. im going even more insane with the lore and this next rewatch will END me with the knowledge of what they actually THINK ABOUT during the scenes.

also it made me want to take russian classes again, i do so love the sound of the language, and i just needed a series who's not just about spies or criminals to get the drive again. like, despite history or current politics it's still a language i loved learning and want to speak again.
