My two male Emperor gobys have really coloured up the last two days, they aren't fully grown yet if they are to reach 12cm, but hey look at him. It's been hard getting a good picture of them as they swim in and out of the plants all the time, but here is one and he is both glorious and grandios.

A piece of cake forgotten in the spare refrigerator grew some interesting, and kind of beautiful, fungi. I didn't taste it, but the smell wasn't bad, earthy cake smell.

I found two little babies the last time I cleaned my external filter, two threestripe corydoras. Now they get to grow up in a tiny tank with shrimps and snails. They grow fairly fast and I caught the biggest one nibbling on some snail eggs, which I found amazing seeing he is only about 8-9 mm long.

Came over this yesterday when I was out in the woods walking the dog, seems to be a good chance of meeting a frog on this walk in the near future

A new edition to my 120 gallon tank, african butterfly fish or Pantodon buchholzi

My only remaining black widow tetra, he used to be accompanied by 6 other specimens but things have happened and he is now solitary. He seems to be doing fine though, and he looks goooood.

My Keyhole cichlid was being mistreated by my Royal Acara, so he had to be relocated to a different tank. He is much happier in this tank and looks a lot better now.

Threestripe corydoras, I really enjoy these little crazies, they move about like madmen, I believe the word rambunctious describe them very well

Small fish with a big attitude, Kribensis, most often described as peaceful and mild mannered, this one is not that. Beautiful though.
