This Woodland Trust bluebell wood hides a quiet tragedy. Two thriving badger setts—now empty. The cull spreads beyond boundaries. Even protected sites aren’t safe. Badgers deserve better. It’s time to

Badgers are under attack. Culled, crushed by roads, and losing habitat fast. These native animals shape ecosystems—we need them. Protecting badgers means fighting for wild Britain. They can’t speak, but you can. 👉

We surveyed a proposed solar farm site after the ecological appraisal claimed there were no signs of badgers. 🐾 We found signs & gave full report for the appeal hearing. We'll be informing the ecology company too! Join us — together we can do more! 🔗

Throw back to a badger day nest in an old tree trunk that we found when sett surveying the cull zone. Wonder if the badger that used this is still alive?
