On to our 2nd session on pathogen disgust in humans! @dalmaijer.bsky.social showed how the brain and stomach talk during disgust, revealing fast brain-to-gut signals, longer gut-to-brain feedback, and gastric rhythms acting as a “reservoir of caution” against contaminants 🤯 !
