I often think of Matthew 25:31-46. I feel it to be the most profound scripture in all the Bible as it is the guidelines of what it means to be a true Christian. How we treat others, especially in crisis, is how we treat God. We should also absolutely call people out for their bs & evil ways.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more succinct statement about the deluge of performative Christianity we, as a whole, are experiencing AND suffering from. Using the Bible to weaponize & justify hateful words, hateful actions & hateful beliefs is the antithesis of what Christ, himself, embodies.

It would mean a lot to me if you could share these on every platform and in every relevant group and page you can. We have to apply serious pressure to Congress, Heritage and FOX. Hubs’ a self employed tile sub contractor for 25+ yrs. Thx to what’s going on, 2 separate large jobs he was going to do have been cancelled by the homeowners. One couple from Canada’s reconsidering their move here to the US. Meanwhile, we’re getting ready to pay a king’s ransom in 2024 taxes. 😒

So proud of my husband. Earlier tonight, while we were out to dinner, he saved a choking man’s life. Thankfully, the man was ok afterwards. The poor man was so embarrassed, but also grateful. In appreciation, he paid for our dinner. I’m so glad my husband was there in that man’s time of need.

Still a great video for International Women’s Day 2025! We need to go beyond regaining the ground we’re losing/lost for ourselves, the future females & for the past generations of women who fought so hard for us when we were the future.

Up for a promotion & dreading the interview. I always seem to black out & have an out of body experience simultaneously. But my in-home cheer squad (hubs & son) sent me some encouraging words. I wish every female had this kind of healthy masculinity in their lives.

I’m watching my son & husband play w/their coed soccer team rn. They’re playing an LGBTQ+ team (wearing a nice purple jersey). The opposing team’s really good! & they play w/incredible sportsmanship. My guys look forward games w/this team because they enjoy the healthy, peaceful competition. 1/

Though I’m saddened his passing, I must acknowledge the bravery & humanity of Jimmy Carter, who was so much more than a US President. He will always be loved, respected & honored for his incredible legacy. It soothes the soul to know he’s in the glorious afterlife w/his beloved Rosalyn.
