TD Chantal will leave a lasting mark on our community. OWASA's deepest sympathies are with those who lost homes, possessions, businesses, and loved ones. Orange County has established a Community Giving Fund to support local recovery efforts in the wake of TD Chantal.

Despite extreme water levels, initial inspection of the University Lake Dam did not indicate any immediate concerns. OWASA continues to work in partnership with Orange County Emergency Management and other first responders to review and exercise our Dam Emergency Action Plan.
