Andrew Colquhoun, a PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow, will be presenting '“Restoring Scotland to its Antient Military Spirit”: the 6th Earl of Mar’s Plan for Scotland’s Defence After a Stuart Restoration'.

Dr. Samantha Elsie Jones, a research fellow at the University of Aberdeen, will be presenting 'Farmers, monks and raiders: exploring cultural and environmental transitions in the Inner Hebrides during the 1st millennium AD'

Sophie Tindle-Betts, a second-year master’s at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, will be presenting 'The Other’s Mother: Monstrosity, Maternity, and the Precarious Social Body in Sir Gowther and Sultan of Babylon'.

Roslin Kerr, a PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow, will be presenting 'Coerced Consent: Civic Authority and Violence in Aberdeen’s Covenanting Crisis'.

Professor Rita Regina Trimonienė, a professor and researcher at Vilnius University, will be presenting 'Violence by Mayors Against “Their Own”: The Case of the Siauliai Economy in the Late 17th Century'.

Sarah Schubarth, a MA student at the University of Cologne, will be presenting 'Brains vs. Brawn: Chivalric Violence in Konráðs saga keisarasonar'.

Megan Müller, a PhD candidate at the University of Hamburg, will be presenting 'The loss of violence and the birth of a hopeful iconography: Changing forms of the fons vitae ('Christusbrunnen') in the 16th and 17th century'.

Rev. Steve Macias, Rector of St. Paul’s Anglican Church in California's Silicon Valley and Headmaster of the Canterbury School, will be presenting 'Relics of Hurt: Viking Violence, Monastic Memory, and Trauma in the Early Modern North'.

Pat Mason, a PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow, will be presenting 'When the fighting is over: Depictions of treatment of PoWs in John Spalding's History of the Troubles'.

Nathan MacLennan, a PhD candidate at the University of Glasgow, will be presenting '“The Highlands do a little more than ordinary disturb themselves”: The experience of Guerilla Warfare and Societal Disruption in Cromwellian Scotland'.

Cameron Flint, a PhD candidate at the University of Aberdeen, will be presenting a paper with the updated title of 'Duelling, Disorder and the Endemic Violence of Scotland's Early Restoration Army'.

Cassiopée Guillet, a PhD candidate at the Catholic University of Louvain and the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as affiliated with the HiCSA research laboratory, will be presenting 'Belief Through Violence: Printmaking as an Ideological Weapon in the Sixteenth-Century Low Countries'.

Anna Barbariol, a recent graduate from the Viking and Medieval Norse Studies Master's program (University of Iceland and the University of Oslo), will present 'Environmental Change and Endemic Warfare in Viking Age Agrarian Landscapes'.

Chiara-Marie Hauser, a PhD candidate at the University of Vienna, will be presenting 'Seeing the Unseen: Sexual Violence Against Children and Emotional Regimes in Early Modern Scotland'.
