Partner is still in the hospital, so I'm performing self-care by getting more tattoo work.

Partner was home for a whole 3 days before their pain became unmanageable and sent them back to the hospital. I would really like to have them well already.

Three more hours... only three more hours until the pharmacy opens. Even if it's just a few days worth until they figure out where my refill went... anything to get me out of withdrawal.

Paid extra to have my medication delivered, since I've been dealing with my partner's surgery and health stuff all week. It was supposed to be here days ago. Called today, it got marked as delivered. I've been home all day, medication never arrived. Now withdrawal has started and I'm pissed.

The wolf spiders in Grounded 2 are absolutely horrifying and far too sneaky for how big they are. Or maybe I just got unlucky twice and walked into their spawn point right as they loaded, but they should not be this good at ambushing me.

The US Healthcare system is awful, but I'm so proud of my partner for advocating for themself during this last week. They were finally discharged today with a plan that feels safe and focused on their recovery instead of them being treated like a dollar amount.

It would be REALLY COOL if I could stop spending my birthday in hospitals.

Therapist told me she needs to see me for an extra session this week because she doesn't feel good about waiting a week before we talk again. On one hand, feels nice having a therapist who is invested in my mental health. On the other hand... fuck. 🙃

Got myself a treat for doing the thing and starting new meds.

This med is kicking my ass... but I feel like I'm finally starting to level out a bit? Managed to stay awake for like 5hrs tonight, which is the longest I've gone without a nap since starting it.

Day 2 on new med... all I want to do is sleep. I fell asleep at like 11pm, woke up at 5am, and was back asleep at 9am. I woke up around 2pm to take my meds and eat, then right back to sleep. Hopefully this levels off sooner than later.

New med is making me so nauseous... it should subside as I adjust to it but ugh nausea is the one thing I'm a total baby about.

Still no primary care doctor, but at least I got someone who will prescribe meds and will manage my ADHD and heart medication in addition to starting me on something for this depression. Picking up my new med today.

I'm so tired of living in this reality. Like, everything is just -gestures wildly- and I still have to go to work.

Ok, I'm going to do it. I'm going to call the office and get a primary care doctor when they open. #motivation

One of my doctors keeps leaving sleeves of thin mints on my desk and it literally makes my entire night.

I forgot how busy work always gets heading into the warmer months... my weekends are not enough to recover.

Was hoping for at least ONE easy night at work this week... doesn't seem like that's gonna happen.
