I can only imagine how bad I smell after running in that gross heat today. My stinky friends and I sat around outside. Guess it’s time to finally shower. Which is awesome because the outdoor shower is ready for the season!!!!

I kicked off my birthday week with heat, humidity, HILLS, & hoagies! My Race-A-Month was the Tyler Arboretum 10k trail run with friends, then hoagies & cake at my house! It was awesome. I am hobbling but happy. They gave out ferns! I ♥️ ferns! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️⛰️🥵🪴🎂♥️
