"[Well, if the fortune says so...]" Had a strange fortune in this year's event, so I decided to follow it and hope my luck changes for the better. New outfits it is!

I wasn't too shaken during the death in Heavensward (it didnt make me cry), which is bizarre considering the first moment that broke me was when you could echo his words to Ryne. I got to that text box and just broke down crying. I was in tears from then until the end of the final quest.

Happy Halloween!

I have a couple pictures of a young Marble with her parents! She doesn't quite remember what they looked like, though...

Due to a throat injury (thanks to Gaius Van Baelsar), Marble communicates almost exclusively using sign language. She can still talk, but the result is often gravelly and painful for her. Luckily, her friends were willing to learn the language to both talk to her themselves or translate for others.

I present you her. She occupies most of the space between my ears.

I made some adjustments to her design in the benchmark to help, but Marble came out so different and angry looking I eventually had to make some changes myself. I adore her and would never change my character because of the graphics update, but I know other face 2 femroes had this problem too.

A friend sent me a tutorial on how to make my own battle portrait for FFXIV, so now I have this. Fun fact - Whenever I write dialogue for Marble, I use square brackets to indicate her use of sign language.

Marble was born in Garlemald. She was moved to Ala Mhigo 2 years into her time serving in the military to be a field test for Aulus on the long-term effects of giving someone additional aether. This resulted in some changes in her appearance, as her body is practically overflowing with aether now.

I am not a good editor at all but i have a compulsion to make a video on my journey trying to complete every Powerwash Simulator mission without using any of the scaffolding items (Stepstool, ladder and actual scaffolding). I promise its more interesting than it sounds. Would people even watch that?

Before making Marble, I had tried making a couple of my other characters in the character creator, but i realised trying to fit them into XIV's aesthetic wasn't gonna work. Admittedly, Marble's initial character data is saved as 'Dommy Mommy', but 3 years on I don't regret picking femroe at all.

Whilst I'm unable to update the Marble thread, I figured I'd throw another one of my characters in here from twitter. This is Artemis Lox, but you can call him Arlo. A #Pathfinder2e Ganzi Inventor that I play in Agents of Edgewatch! He's been going through it recently. #OC
