#StarTrekVoyager - Alter Ego Not one I care for, though there are some things I like about it. I appreciate getting more Harry and Tuvok focus. The initial idea of falling in love with the holodeck character was prescient, and the twist was decent, but I didn't love the drama.

#ScoobyDoo! & #Batman: #TheBraveAndTheBold This was a lot of fun. I liked how they used this as a chance to bring back different characters from BatB, with great interactions between them and the Scooby gang. The overall story was good, with a nice mix of action and comedy.

#TheBatman2004 - Artifacts Another great episode. I really liked Mr. Freeze here, in his hardest-hitting episode yet. The action is really good, and I really like the atmosphere here. Nice nods to The Dark Knight Rises without over-relying on that.

So glad Scrubs was renewed. Really liked the revival. The dynamic between the returning characters was about as good as the original, and I grew to appreciate the new characters as well. Hope it stays around for a while.

#StarWars #TheCloneWars - Mercy Mission This one was alright, but probably my least favorite of the season so far. The stuff with C3PO and R2D2 is fun, especially in the second half after their fall. Not really a big fan of the planet's main creatures though.

#JusticeLeagueVsTheFatalFive A fun addition to the DCAU. They did a good job balancing the old JL team with the new characters, especially considering the limited runtime. I particularly liked Jessica Cruz/Limelight.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Mitefall! Great way to end this series (until its movie). Another nice use of Bat-Mite, bringing lots of fun meta humor revolving around the show and Jumping the Shark. And as such, I really liked the use of Henrey Wrinkler and Ted McGinley.

#Scrubs - My Fifteen Minutes Another great mix of plots. I like the dramatic shift later on, with the hospital ads highlighting Turk's race, Elliot's awkward interactions with Carla, and JD's self-evaluation. Loved Cox's scenes at the end, showing how he's come to respect JD.

#TheBatman2004 - Strange New World One of the best episodes of the show. Love the idea of Batman and Robin going against a zombified Gotham, and the execution was great. Loved the atmosphere and tension. And the ending actually works well, adding to the plot.

#StarTrekDS9 - Rules of Engagement A very interesting courtroom episode. I like how it explores Worf's character, and his struggle to balance his views as a Klingon with his life as a Starfleet officer. The scene between him and Sisko at the end really makes it come together.

TV highlight: K-On A cute slice-of-life anime, which grew on me as it went on, and I loved even more rewatching it. Some season 1 humor's awkward, but otherwise I find it really funny. But the surprising thing is that it can be deeper than you expect, especially in season 2.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Four-Star Spectacular! This one was fun, if nothing else. Hard to have much substance with an anthology of 4 shorts. My favorites were the Flash and Creature Commandos sections. The 'Mazing Man part was silly, but enjoyable for what it was.

#TheBatman2004 - The Breakout Really liked how tough Black Mask and his organization are here. And as such, it lets them make great use of Batgirl and Robin. The standoff in the prison is really well done.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Crisis: 22,300 Miles Above Earth! Great use of duo plots. The JLI/JSA party was funny, seeing the growing awkwardness and tension between the two. And Batman's story with Ra's al Ghul was a fun homage to James Bond, with good action.

#SpaceBalls Just watched this for the first time, and thought it was a good example of dumb/absurd humor done well. Mostly good humor, which was helped by the strong cast. Hopefully the sequel turns out well.

#TheBatman2004 - The Everywhere Man This was a fun one. I liked Everywhere Man's powers, and how that added to the action. Nice bit of thinking to defeat him too. I'd also say this was one of the better uses of Robin yet. Kind of his equivalent to "Thunder" for Batgirl.

#Scrubs - My Super Ego Two really good stories. JD's rivalry with Sean Hayes' character was fun, and the turn that takes kind of reminded me of MASH's "Heal Thyself." A bit toned down, but still strong. And I liked the Turk/Carla story, and how Cox gets drawn into it.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Powerless! Interesting how the first version of Captain Atom I've seen that didn't attack Superman was this arrogant asshole. I did find a lot of his dialogue funny though. And good exploration of the idea of powerless superheroes here.

#TheBatman2004 - Clayfaces At first I wasn't really into this, mainly because of Basil Karlo's characterization. But it did a great job with the apparent ending of Ethan's arc, and the action later on. So I actually really liked this overall.

#StarWars #TheCloneWars - Shadow Warrior Nice start to this arc. I know that Jar Jar and the Gungans aren't fan favorites, but I liked their use here. It's interesting to see them in a more serious story, and while there's plenty of humor, it doesn't undermine the plot.

#StarTrekDS9 - Accession I liked this one. It does a good job exploring Sisko's role as Emissary, both with the small rituals, and the deeper meaning behind it and how it can have regressive impact in the wrong hand.

#StarTrekVoyager - Macrocosm Good episode. They do a good job balancing the mystery aspect with the virus and its cure, and the action with Janeway going fighting or avoiding them.

Video game highlight: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 Of all the Sonic games I've played, this was easily my favorite. For me, this was the perfect blend of platforming and Sonic's signature speed. And while some levels weren't as strong as other, most were really fun.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Bold Beginnings! More great use of the BatB mainstays, Aquaman, Green Arrow, and Plastic Man. Really liked seeing their early adventures with Batman (and the running gag of Aquaman getting interrupted.)

#TheBatman2004 - Team Penguin I like the idea of Penguin creating a team of villains, and how that let us see the return of smaller villain I wasn't expecting to see again. Also, the take on Killer Moth as a bumbling idiot was funny, and I liked his turn later on.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Triumvirate of Terror Feels like there's more focus on bigger heroes this season (while still making room for random ones). Nice use of Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman, showing their down time, and having each fight one of the others' nemesis.

#TheBatman2004 - A Matter of Family A really good version of Robin's origin story. I like what we see of this Robin, and how he gets drawn into Bruce's life as Batman. Like some other episodes, it's hard not to compare with a BTAS episode, but works really well on its own.

Visual Novel highlight: Raging Loop A very interesting horror/mystery story inspired by the Werewolf game. Good cast of characters here, with the protagonist standing out due to his unique personality. Admittedly disappointing ending, but the post-story content improves it.

#StarWars #TheCloneWars - Prisoners A good conclusion to this arc. I like the prince's story of proving himself and uniting the people of the planet. Again, good underwater action. I'm not sure this quite warranted 3 episodes, but it's an enjoyable opening arc.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - The Sword of the Atom! Really fun story with the two Atoms. Ryan's scenes with Aquaman were really funny (one could say OUTRAGEOUS!). And while it took a while to get to, Ray's story with Batman in the village was interesting, with fun action.

#TheBatman2004 - Gotham's Ultimate Criminal Mastermind Great ending to season 3. I really liked the idea of DAVE, a program designed as the perfect criminal, really testing Batman's mental and physical abilities. Also, nice push forward for Hugo Strange's story.

#Scrubs Finally watched the latest episode, which was my favorite yet. Great callback to the original's "My Old Lady." Like that one, everyone has their great moments here. And I loved the Dr. Cox scenes with JD, bringing back that dynamic and setting up the finale.

I understand loving a story so much you want to see it as soon as possible… but leaks can harm the ability for those stories to continue. It’s harder than ever for artists to live off what they make. Less human-made art, especially big swings, are a huge loss for everybody.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Time Out For Vengeance! I really liked this one overall. Seeing the different Batman versions across time was fun. My favorite was probably the pirate version. And nice twist for the identity of the attacker, calling back to earlier episodes.

#StarTrekDS9 - Bar Association Really good Ferengi episode. The dynamic between Quark and Rom here was great, and this felt like a major step up for Rom in particular as he stood up for himself and his fellow employees. And it does a good job exploring the themes of unions.

#StarTrekVoyager - The Q and the Grey Q's scheme here wasn't my favorite, but otherwise it was a pretty fun episode. I do like that they explored the ramifications of Q's previous Voyager episode. And of course Kate Mulgrew and John de Lancie have a nice acting dynamic.

#TheBatman2004 - The Icy Depths This was really fun. I really liked the idea of the treasure chase between Penguin, Mr. Freeze, and Alfed's old friend. A nice mix of light mystery elements and action. Also good to get more time with Alfred.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Battle of the Superheroes! Great take on Superman and his supporting cast. It was fun seeing him fighting the different villains, and the use of red kryptonite helped shake things up. I really liked Batman helping, and eventually stopping him.

#Scrubs - My Bad I liked Jordan's introduction, and how it lets us see a different side to Dr. Cox. JD's reactions after realizing their connection. As was seeing Turk dealing with Carla's mom. And it was nice seeing a different side to Elliot once her story took a turn.

#TheBatman2004 - The Apprentice Another really good Joker episode, almost reaching the height of his season 2 episodes. Kind of reminiscent of TAS' "Be A Clown," but the full sidekick angle brings an interesting dynamic.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - The Scorn of the Star Sapphire! I thought this was a good Green Lantern episode, especially in the second half. I really like the dynamic between him and Star Sapphire. Also, nice action sequence near the end with Green Lantern and Batman.

Now that I've finished going through the DCAU, I think this would be my rankings: 1. Batman TAS 2. Justice League Unlimited 3. Justice League 4. Batman Beyond 5. Superman TAS 6. Static Shock 7. Zeta Project Season 2 of JLU would be the height of the DCAU for me though.

#JusticeLeagueUnlimited - Epilogue I was uneasy at first, with the Terry reveal and how much they were leaning into the darker turn his life takes. But they balanced that out well with Bruce's flashback, and how it shows how compassion is a big part of who Batman is.

#TheBatman2004 - Thunder I really liked this version of Zeus. They do a great job establishing him as a legitimate threat. And I thought this was Batgirl's best episode yet, as she helps from Batman the sidelines, and fully earns her spot on the team.

#Ghostbusters While I was really into the cartoon as a kid, I actually never watched the movie (outside of some clips) until now. While I can't say I loved it as much as I hoped, I did like its mix of the humor light action. And of course the ensemble was really good.

Movie Highlight: Stargate While overshadowed by the TV franchise that followed it, this was a fun introduction to the ideas those were built on. I liked sci-fi world-building, fun action, and the dynamic between Jack and Daniel. Maybe nothing groundbreaking, but fun.

#StarWars #TheCloneWars - Gungan Attack This does feel like more of the same at times, but it's a good continuation of the first episode overall. More fun action, especially near the end. And the ending does a good job setting up for the next episode.

#Batman #TheBraveAndTheBold - Night of the Batmen! I really liked the idea here. Seeing the different heroes filling in for Batman was funny, and wholesome with how far they'd go for him. I will say, maybe it would work better in a shorter runtime, but it's still really good.

#JusticeLeagueUnlimited - Destroyer As the technical series finale, this was pretty great. I love how it's basically everyone, both heroes and villains, fighting against Darkseid as the biggest DCAU threat. Great moments for everyone, especially Superman, Lex, and Darkseid.
