So I've been playing souls-likes again recently and they're games I gave a go with ages ago but they're exceedingly easier than I remember. I think silksong did something to me

I'm always happy when I get another good RE4-like. I'm not into silent hill enough to have played the 2 remake but Cronos is much more up my alley and I've been enjoying it quite a lot

In a tabletop game where I'm playing a character from the stone age and doodling what they scribble in their journal has been a much more enjoyable creative exercise than I expected it to be

Fried rice is a far more delicate art than I ever gave it credit for

CoD going deep into generated crap for it's art is probably one of the least surprising things to me because the stuff was almost always the most random and incidental in stylistic consistency. It had that "aesthetic" going already

Ivy deadlock saying "I'm a work of art" hits different for folk such as myself than it does others

What's fun about really simple designs is you get to see everyone's little interpretations and additions in fan art. Pokemon and hollow knight are great for this

A thorough playthrough of silksong takes on average 50 hours and yet I feel like I've been playing this game for an eternity

Hornet is still a fun character, but I admit I miss being a completely blank little being of chaos that everyone trauma dumps at

Deadlock makes me think suspenders can still look good, they look good to me even when not being worn

I don't think I've been genuinely offended by a section in a videogame like I have with bilewater

It's darkly funny to me seeing people's use of AI videos and images reminds me a lot of Garry's mod animation where nothing about it works for any serious purpose so they embrace the complete absurdity of it. Except this time we're destroying the world economy for these particular fart joke videos

Got the first ending in silksong, it's fun how it feels like they were going for an inverted castle situation. Also, wdyn I gotta get every flea first?
