🚨Buckinghamshire fire authority are proposing cuts to eight fire engines and two stations, despite already losing over a third of its firefighters since 2010. These cuts would seriously threaten public and firefighter safety. The FBU is demanding immediate investment to rebuild the service.

40th Anniversary The Flexible Duty System [FDS], as negotiated by the FBU, is 40yrs old today. This National Joint Council (NJC) duty system provides 24/7 Fire-and-Rescue Officer availability for the UK.
