My oldest brought their Switch from their dad with a bunch of weird games, but mostly Lego (Lego games are weird) They have one "Dragons Dawn of new riders", so far, it's not so bad for a movie/cartoon based game. Back in the old days, franchise games like these were pretry much shovelwares.

I've reached the end of DQVII Demo. The story is interesting. I have recognize the gems cave from one of Tickington tome in DQXI. The story is interesting, but the art and view they went for are very unsettling, still I will search for a physical version of the game. Also, why is Keifer so ugly?

I haven't paint in 2 days. Because 2 days in a row, I left my agenda/sketch book on my desk at work 😅 I knew exactly what I wanted to go for and my little one placed on of my t-shirt on the table and said we were drawing the design on my shirt. I was not thrilled and this is how it turned out....

My week os finally over. I have a 4 days week-end jusy because. I feel like buying a new game, but I have no idea what I should go for. Maybe I should wait to see what will be on sale tomorrow on the eshop.

The Daisy set was relaxing to build. But I'm having a hard time to make it looks good as a bouquet. If you are looking for a quick and easy set to put together, the Daisy is one of them 😊

I saw a reptile/dragon eye tutorial a while ago... I no longer had an excuse not to try it.

I secided to give bleding a go. I think I did a good job with the 2 shades of green and blending the yellow, orange and red together for the tail.

I saw a girl doing this exercice with water colour and it was amazing. I like the style she went for and tried to go for it as well to draw my base. I am still scared to blend my markers together, it usually doesn't come out good. However, I like the drawing, it is a very love.

This is not perfect, yes I could have put more effort and time into it, but it's art and it makes me happy.

The sketch I've been working on this morning inspired by a "mandala" my kid did a long time ago. My little one said I that can use their gray marker because my set doesn't have one ☺️ Now I have to ink it and see how it will go. But it will have to wait after my Monday afternoon pool session.

Happy Monday! I am so happy! I found one! I won't feel sad and lonely next week-end. I cannot wait to sit down and build ot!

I think I am done with it... the paper won't accept more coat of paint 😆 Maybe acrylic markers are not my medium 🤔 Still, I don't 100% dislike it 😄 ((I kept the white lines, I am unable to blend to get the effect I am looking for.))

My "Tales of" friend, I have a question. How much longer the ToX is when you reach Elympios? To me, 10h max would be enough to wrap it up, but I am afraid it won't be the case. I really don't vibe with the story, but I still want to see how it ends 🙂

I had a good day today. I am proud of myself for going out of my shell. After work, I went skating as planned for about 30 minutes, my face was frozen 😆 There is a cozy restaurant across the ice ring, so I sat down at the bar, ordered a beer and read for a good 30 minutes.

Happy friday! Half of the day done! The week has been soooo long! And the afternoon is going to be worst! I've been looking at the ice ring through the windows from work all week... It feels like -24 right now and guess who's still going to hit the ice ring when she will clock out?

I have tried to use pencil over the acrylic and it's not working. I will need to try something else to get the effect I am looking for. I have never painted or coloured anything before, so I am pretty much experimenting. I don't really care about proportions and light source much at this point.

Today, I only hadtime for a quick sketch of what I had in mind. I will try to paint it tomorrow but I am not sure I have the right tools for this piece, my pens tips are huge.

Guess who's returning to the aquajogging this afternoon and will feel out of place among all the retired ladies? Yes, me! And I don't care being an outcast, I'm going to take care of myself.

I played a game with the kids and they decided that we were all running as Pebble. Between each floor, they were chanting : "We are the Pebblies!"

Last week-end, I've bought a set of 12 acrylic pens at the dollar store. I've been trying to get used to them. I know they are cheap and I should not expect anything great. This is the less worst of my work so far 😆 In 2026, I decided to be myself again, and art was a part of me.

I am working on a shrine for our beloved Goddess. I do not know where I am going with it, but I have hope.

I don't know which one to continue Kena : I like it, but like I had my share of boss walls with Silksong already. Stray : I am not sure if I like it yet. Tales of Xillia : The story is mid and I don't really care about the characters. Silksong : I don't remember how to play and I am on Mother silk.
