The Wednesday edition of North Korea's Rodong Sinmun newspaper came out on schedule at 6am and fails to mention the drama in South Korea. This is expected and indicates a normal status for North Korean state media. Top story about the forthcoming party plenary in late December.

BREAKING: The South Korean National Assembly could vote to revoke the martial law with a majority vote of its 300 lawmakers, and 190 lawmakers just voted to lift the martial law. Now the question is whether Yoon will actually lift it, as required by law.
