Cities run on care work - often unpaid, underpaid, and invisible. Mostly done by women, it shapes housing, mobility, and access to services. When cities aren’t designed for care, inequality grows. Care-centred planning creates fairer, more resilient cities for all.

Sustainable housing uses less energy, water, and materials—making homes healthier, more resilient, and cheaper to live in. When paired with good planning, local materials, and inclusive policies, sustainability lowers long-term costs and keeps housing affordable for all.
