At physical therapy, the therapist asked "so what happened?" And his guess is as good as mine cuz I don't know what causes the pain, it just happens. I *thought* I knew but with how much doubt the doctors give me, maybe I don't.

I got another rejection letter for a specialist. Man, they could they *sound* more cunty? "We consulted our Physician Specialist.." haha. I guess: "hey it hurts when I move my limbs" isn't a good enough reason! Fuck me, I guess! I am at least pain-free at rest. I do enjoy sleeping again.

Pain's subsided a lot. I've learned to work with the fatigue and managed to get a lot done. I read that emotional stress can cause chronic pain so I've been working on that too. It's been great. I have nailed every QTE with my mom this year. It's awesome when your bully apologizes for a change

Low morale today. The pain meds make me feel better but they also make me really drowsy. I fell asleep standing up today haha Health insurance telling me I'm not doing enough is maddening. Of course I'm not doing enough. I have two modes: pain or sleep. So much lost time, I hate it 💔
