It's been a whirlwind January Legislative Days, but being back in the building and engaging with Oregonians has been fantastic! Meeting with student government leaders today was a highlight - their enthusiasm for legislation is contagious!

This evening I had the opportunity to attend the Washington County Legislative Summit for the Northwest Regional ESD. I deeply appreciated having honest conversations with my fellow educators. While we have much work ahead of us, I look forward to this challenge…because our kids are worth it!
