Taking care of favorite human all week is tough work

One is not amused by my current status of resting and healing. The other is pure caretaker.

Today I had surgery for the first time ever. Nerve pain/issues are not great. How funny that I was put in a kid’s room, I think, for pre-op. But after being nervous (ha) all is well and now on to recovery with Ollie watching closely by and @maxeeesai.bsky.social taking care of me ❤️

Forget the toys or treats we got him for Christmas. Ollie is more happy with the unexpected gift we got him of a new furnace installation. And yes he prefers the direct vent vs his cat bed which is right next to it, right @maxeeesai.bsky.social
