Hello Internet friends. It's been a while! Here's my forthcoming piece, Fragmentation of International Cybercrime Law. It reviews each regional conventions and argues they pursue a convergent goal, protecting sovereignty. First of a series, which will also look at the new UN Cybercrime Treaty!
