I was subjected to a 2 hour meeting at 7am this morning so I find it incredibly rude that I'm still expected to be at work for this long after that.

Very excited about getting that game and watch amiibo cheap so I donor have stands for the alt poses for my display. Also this weekend I finally retired my old TV stand from like 25 years ago and got a new one before prices go up anymore. (The blue light is the bug light, it kinda looks cool though)

So I’m finally getting around to starting up Pokemon Scarlet (I got it to shiny hunt the paradox pokemon lol) so that I can redeem shiny miraidon and wow y’all weren’t kidding about the performance boost it got on Switch 2

Shiny Koraidon obtained for Pokemon Violet. The GameStop I went to WAS enforcing one code per person (which kudos to them for that) which means I have to make a trek to a second location to get a code for miraidon. This distribution method sucks

So side note I love this game EXCEPT that there is a story quest that requires you to be best friends with all your primary island residents and there is a single character that takes several MONTHS to become best friends with (coded this way) and you can't time skip and it has made this a chore

I don’t think it’s said enough, but the designers of the pokemon sitting cuties plush are next level. Gen 7 has some pretty complex pokemon designs and they managed to make patterns and embroidery and stuff for them anyway. Genuinely impressive

Still thinking about how cool Primal Rage is and how a reboot (as long as they still do stop-motion capture) would be fantastic in this era of rebooting long dormant franchises. There's so many prehistoric creatures they could use for an expanded roster.
