I’ve started building a new fun free little tool to take colour swatches samples from images. Still tweaking the UI for mobile and desktop right now but things are coming together slowly.

[ Update ] :: The Figma plugin got accepted and V1.0 of the Dither editor is now live.

[ Update ] : The Figma plugin of the Edit & Modify Dither editor is now in review. Hopefully it will be successful and available soon.

[ Update ] : I’m expanding the Edit & Modify tools to Figma this week. The first plugin will be the dither editor, allowing you to modify images directly within your design files!

[ Update ] : I’m releasing two new tools for the Edit & Modify project. This time as small lightweight web applications. ASCII Editor and Dither Editor, in V : 1.0 you can experiment easily modifying images and live web cam footage into a range of ASCII and Dithering styles :: editandmodify.xyz

[ brada.co ] :: Sepcialising in branding and visual identities, there are some absolutely great projects from Mexico based design studio Brada.

[ jaeyouchung.com ] :: Some of the cleanest and most focused design work I’ve seen all week. Jaeyou Chung is a designer at COLLINS with some serious consistency.

[ ccrz.ch ] :: An amazing team over at CCRZ with a huge catalogue of projects and range in their work.

[ uesatsu.com ] :: UESATSU, Tokyo born graphic designer. An incredibly talented designer with work that is absolutely stunning and playful.

[ mattneedle.co.uk ] :: Really enjoying the work of Matt Needle at the moment, UK based illustrator and designer with a huge client list! The whole portfolio feels like a masterclass in visual storytelling.

[ afloat.studio ] :: Led by Lukas Muellner, this is a studio that cuts through the noise with a quietly confident and playful touch.

[ studioairport.nl ] :: Studio Airport is an independent practice in graphic design and film exploring the progressive intersection of these two disciplines and are masters in delicate design, beautiful editorial work and creative type treatments.

[ toad.la ] :: A simple showcase of some incredible art direction that is beautifully consistent from Toad.

Genuinely think that the best way to learn something is to continue to talk about it. I’ve got that millennial anxiety about social media, seriously, I just want to talk about design, code, photography and all my deep interests.

Recently came across GB Studio and now all I want to do is make a Game Boy game based on The Hobbit but I have no room for any more new hobbies! :: www.gbstudio.dev

Playing around with a new idea. A custom RSS reader for iOS, turns out that some feeds are better than others so I’m looking into ways to improve the content experience.
