I can figure out how to make my own agent to take my data and do something, or if I don't have the skill or time to figure an agent out, I can use an agent someone else figures out. So... I can buy access to applications running on AI. Not much different from buying access to applications now.

1 of my goals w/ workshops is to teach participants visual and collaborative ways of working. I.e. they can do the exercises on their own later. A current client jumped into the Miro board and created 4 more personas and journeys all on their own w/ the canvases from the workshop. All on their own.

Taking daughter to a concert for her birthday. Lead singer for one of the bands yells out “fuck Israel, fuck ICE” and the entire venue exploded in cheers. More commentary about Palestine and the crowd explodes again. Israel has totally lost the youth. An entire generation. Pretty amazing.

Doing a lot of personalization work lately, and I'm working across three different systems, and man is it hard keeping track of what one system does that another doesn't.

These last couple episodes of Daredevil leave you feeling something in a way that most tv does not.

Just finished a small workshop in the best way, to a virtual room of smiling faces, even someone clapping in excitement for where we are in the process. Collaborative design is the way. Collaboration is the way.

The problem with expertise and thin-slicing and expert hunches is that you can have difficulty articulating the why behind your hunch. And without a ready rationale, it's easy to be persuaded by another ready rationale. And then you end up with a bad decision.
