Remember to take care of yourself! You can always try - Self care (i.e. doing your favorite things, eat good food, go for a run, do skin care) - Sleep early - Eat proper meals - Hydrate lots! Sometimes it's not easy but all battles are temporary. Little things like these can improve the outcome!

Regardless of ones thoughts, if you don't speak up, everything falls apart... the other person is no psychic who reads minds. One can't get mad if nothing was said to tell the reasonings behind someones pain.
