I've been ignoring Bluesky for some reason. So, a little update... I went to EAST COAST COMIC EXPO this past weekend. It was so much fun. Heres a bunch of pics, including an unused ECCE graphic.

Next Month I'll be at East Coast Comic Expo in #monctonnewbrunswick slinging the funny books and some art. It's an amazing show and I can not wait to be there.

With Con season starting up, I need to freshen up my stock of 9x12 originals. This is the start of a new one.

I heard that five was a great number of panels per page. Honestly you just have to do whatever works for the page.I feel like I get lazy sometimes and I'll fit everything into 4 panels. I try not to but frankly, sometimes four panels is the answer. #makingcomics #comicprocess #occomic #occomics

Mind you, I think it's harder for kids to skip now. My kid is in high school and we get calls when hes late. Is this what progress has gotten us? Kids who can't skip school. Oh, the humanity.

If kids are not skipping school for comics, what do the skip school for? Besides the usual stuff.

I was remembering today that when Spawn #1 came out, I was in High School. Halifax West High to be precise. Dont remember what grade I was in but, I do remember skipping classes that afternoon to go get it at my LCS. I was very excited. I wonder though, do kids skip school to get a comic anymore?

Today is the birthday of fabulous Flo Steinberg (March 17, 1939-July 13, 2017), for a time in the 1960s the only full-time Marvel staffer besides Stan Lee, & later underground/indie comics publisher.

When I was working harder on practicing digital art, I made these and scaled them to work as desktops for you phone. Feel free to use them. It's my gift to you.

My biggest worries about getting rid of the other social networking sites, is what about my next kickstarter? My biggest supporters are still on the FB and have not jumped ship to bluesky. Its a worry, though the only way to really see would be to run a KS and see where the support comes from.
