My sister cooked a yummy Mother’s Day dinner. Cucumber salad, veggie mix, wild rice, and chicken thighs with a cilantro sauce.

One of the last songs from the show featured the Mighty Wurlitzer and the guitarist playing a kazoo. It was fun to hear this particular kazoo!

Enjoyed some music from the 1920s and 1930s at the Old Town Music Hall in El Segundo with Janet Klein and her Parlor Boys! The show was very enjoyable, and Janet was quirky and fun as always!

Yesterday during Mass, our church dedicated this statue of Mary as Our Lady of Grace.

Happy Sunday from home. Time for an Iced Mexican Chocolate Latte from Coffee Bean and a quesadilla.

Dinner last night was yummy! Shirley Temple, bread, lobster bisque soup, and prime rib with creamed spinach, a popover, and creamed corn.

This looks like a nice place for dinner.

Ugh! Angels have lost 13 of their last 15 games. It would have been better if the bullpen wasn’t as bad as it is or if the offense would just be patient at the plate and not strike out so much or just fall apart. It’s not easy being an Angels fan right now.
