WotC unbanned Violent Outburst recently, so people have been buying them up, especially the Secret Lair Drop foil. A $20 card jumped to $100 on the secondary market. And this was the cheapest of the four from that SLD set for the longest time. I guess I'll be waiting a little longer to pick this up.
