Made a vegan cat-themed carrot cake for a few birthdays in the first couple of weeks in May for @rprc.bsky.social, myself included. The orange and green buttercreams have (weak) orange and ginger flavors, and the decorations are made with aquafaba meringue (and one experiment with hard tack sugar).

Second prototype (attempt) of vegan macarons. Had some issues with pH and learned how to half-rescue the mixture. A bit deflated, but the texture wasn't too far from a traditional macaron.
