Week 3 Update! I sewed it together so I could better see how it fits/how many more rows I needed to make. A slight mistake since it made holding it a bit harder, but I finally started the back panel :3 I want to say that this is about... 30% complete? Almost 50% without the sleeves

I unfortunately didn't do any work on my cardigan yesterday, since I went out, nor today since I want to try and finish a drawing for tomorrow (also my wrist needed a break..) I don't think I'll be able to fully finish my drawing, but I made a quick bg and the bg looks super good imo!!

Week 2 of crocheting and I unfortunately did not get as much done as I had hoped :( I worked a lot less this week but it did go much faster! I also counted the stitches and, if I counted correctly, it's 296. I'm hoping week 3 will have a lot more progress :)

I really wanted to try and draw as much stuff to flesh out my sona and what not before season 2 comes out but I'm not sure how much I'll be able to get done since I need to prioritize my crochet project. Maybe I can try to learn how to make quick, unpolished sketches?

I wanted to post my progress a bit earlier, but was too busy/tired to do so. Anyway! Here's week one of crocheting my cardigan thing! It's approximately 2 inches wide and like 60~ inches long! The white part with the green showing is the back btw. I hope I can make even more progress this week!

I also managed to resist the temptation of buying more yarn :D but unfortunately not because I was strong willed or whatever. No, the reason I didn't buy any new yarn was because I couldn't find the exact color I wanted so :/

Little crochet update: the looser tension is helping a lot! I am going a lot faster now, but still a little slow unfortunately. This project does feel much more doable now though. I just need to stop getting distracted and focus. Unfortunately I also really just want to draw and write :(

I keep starting little doodles with no planning, just intending to do something quick, only to then put so much more effort than I initially intended. So anyway I'm apparently going to try and do a lighting/color study. I also did a completely unplanned background that looks nice so far :)

Oh, wait. I never said what I was making! I'm trying to crochet a knee length cardigan with vertical stripes :) and I'm doing it with slip stitch. And I am still a beginner and also need to finish this by November 1st :)))

Man, crocheting sure would be so much easier if my tension weren't so tight :( my hands are getting achey from how hard I'm trying to stab the hook into the yarn. Really hoping my next row will be looser
