As someone who was in college in the early 1970s and attended some anti-war protests, I found this thread very interesting.

In Des Moines there was a march from downtown to the Capitol. Thousands were in attendance including myself.

Just was on Twitter and saw a post that Sen. Andy Kim is trying to help at USAID. Good for him! But the blue checkmark comments to the post were so depressing. They were accusing Kim of being corrupt and cheering on the Musk takeover of our government.
