I think this break from game development has been good for me. I haven't touched my project in a week now and I'm starting to feel a brewing excitement to get back to it. That said, I think I'm going to hold off for a while longer yet.

I think I've done about 8 hours of game development done today. My eyes and arm hurt. On the plus side the map system is fully implemented and can dynamically tell where the player is. Not only that but it's also possible to fast travel to past locations now too! Phew! #GameDev #IndieDev #GBStudio

I just watched the pilot. The whole concept for this holds so much potential for fun storytelling!

I just had an idea for my game! Before the penultimate final boss, a jester stops you and forces you to answer lore trivia questions. Each wrong answer forces a minor battle then skips the question. That's a way to reward lore seekers without too hard a punishment for those who aren't. #GameDev
