Dungeon delving has its ups and downs. On one hand, it can take Aleena a few days to return to society for her favorite drinks. On the other, it's always exciting to see new places that few ever dare to explore.

Honestly? Easy on the eyes, and a mage is always a great companion for a swordswoman.

(The other two fantasy OCs I had on the other site were a princess dancer and a cleric who took a vow of pacifism to gain her powers. Tempted to bring either one over here)

"Ya know what they say, 'hubris is the slayer of kings and peasants alike'" Still, impressive that he ran two gigs. Aleena appreciated her freedom far too much to want to settle down in the city, but people like Steven made sure the cogs of society stayed running.

"Aleena. Nice ta meetcha too." She takes the offered hand in one of her own, giving it a firm handshake. "Jus' a farm girl with aspirations ta see everything the world's got ta offer."

"I'm just a sword girl meself. No fancy powers or magic or any o' that mumbo jumbo stuff those sorcerers can do. Sewing leather armor's a real pain in the ass too."

"Ain't fought a Hydra before, but I hear they've got blood that'll ruin yer clothes. I ain't exactly itchin' ta find out."
