Relaxing weekend in my neighbourhood doing as little as possible after a very busy week of clinical work, research, service development and a leadership course 😊👍🏽

Spent 5 hours on Tuesday 12 May 2026 with a trailblazing team led by the visionary Dr Zarrin Allam, Consultant Geriatrician and Head of CoHIVE, and felt inspired by their groundbreaking work in providing holistic support to older adults in care homes.

After work,I head 2d gym 3x a week for a half-hour weightlifting session with a personal trainer.I also continue with my regular brisk walking & improving my diet.D objective is achieving and maintaining an ideal bodyweight, being physically fit and preparing simple and healthy meals😊👍🏽

Walking empowers me to reach my full potential, embracing a healthier lifestyle, nourishing my mind and body, and finding inspiration in the landscape around me🇦🇺❤️😊👍🏽

After a productive day and invigorating gym session, I treated myself to a rejuvenating ocean escape at Back beach along Ocean Drive in the City of Bunbury, and it was everything I needed ❤️😊👍🏽

Surrounding us is a kaleidoscope of beauty, waiting to be discovered and savoured ❤️😊🇦🇺

On 29 April 2026, I will gain further insight in leadership skills with the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA) diving into a full-day course on clinical governance.I look forward to networking and leveraging these opportunities for growth and positive impact🇦🇺😊👍🏽

Deciding to be a sloth this Saturday morning. After a ridiculously long sleep in, ventured out briefly to check tyre pressures and filling up the car tank. Now back in my cave, lounging on the balcony and watching the exciting activity in the bay while enjoying the views😊

Time spent with loved ones is precious. I am deeply grateful for having all of them in my life ❤️
