This was honestly the toughest and best lesson I had to learn coming from a different field. Game dev has so many competing priorities and it's easy to tunnel vision on your area of responsibility.

The new Magic Foundations set solves a big problem for a lot of casual / price sensitive fans. In the past, it felt terrible to invest in a set just to have it rotate out in a couple years. Keeping Foundations standard legal for 5 (or more) years makes entry into the hobby way more palatable.

Everyone I've talked to at Relic that played Space Marine 2, without fail, has unlocked the Blood Ravens cosmetics first. I like to think it was Saber Interactive's way of referencing Dawn of War and Space Marine 1 and giving our studio a nod as they picked up Titus' story. #Warhammer40K #gamedev
