One of my favorite cheap easy recipes:
Boston pork butt (bone in, 3-4lbs)
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup sriracha
Throw all in a slow cooker on low for like 6ish hours
Serve over rice with broccoli, corn, and/or green onions
Also good with a runny egg on top, especially with leftovers
