So in EC's canon, Sephiroth enjoys pumpkin soup. So my friend and I HC that his colleagues in ShinRa decided amongst themselves that pumpkins are a special interest for him. He now has a plethora of pumpkin-themed, and pumpkin-shaped things in his room. He... doesn't really get it, but okay.
