Thinking back to when I went to FWA2024 and between my therapist at the time, panels about pursuing higher education, and coworkers encouragement I decided to lock the fuck in and commit to taking a plunge. I do not regret it at all.

Feeling grateful to be in my program, to have had a recent spiritual breakthrough, to have had volunteer opportunities last year that helped me get here now, and that I am well respected amongst my peers.

I think I’ve finally found a proper gym groove and it feels really nice! I’m confident I’ll stay consistent now that I’ve educated myself more on the process :3
