Had an ENT visit today. Doctor walked right in and asked if I was still taking Lisinopril. When I said yes he told me to stop, and see if my throat stops swelling. Worth the trip

I’ve been navigating throat issues on and off for the past four to six months or so. Felt like something’s caught in my throat off and on. It’s been getting worse lately so i finally said something to my doctor and got referred to ENT. I see them Tuesday. Of course im scared it’s cancer. 😤

I work in tech. AI is a massive part of the professional space right now. But because my first exposure was art-stealing generative AI, I won’t be a part of it willingly.

My first piece of advice to anyone who expresses an interest in drawing is to start cheap. Get a pack of #2 pencils and a cheap sketchbook and get into the habit of filling pages every day. Doesn’t have to be full drawings. Just do something, even uninspired squiggles.

Tonight my parents are taking me to an upscale restaurant and then homemade cake and then D&D. A pretty fantastic way to spend my birthday. I actually look forward to Mondays because of the people I play with. They’re all great. 🥰

So I had my annual physical last week. My doctor and I decided to try out some of those weight loss shots that are all the rage. I did my first jab Wednesday. It’s definitely dulled my cravings for food, which is a welcome relief. I’m back up to 210, my goal is to hit 175-180.
